What data we process
Through the enquiry form, we may receive your first and last name, company name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in and a free-text message.
Fields marked with an asterisk are required so that we can assess and answer your enquiry. The form cannot be submitted without them. The company name and phone number are optional.
To prevent abuse, a one-way hash of the IP address and the time of the last enquiry are stored in a separate technical table. These data are not linked to the contact enquiry record and are deleted periodically, within 48 hours at the latest.
Purposes and legal basis for processing
We use the data only to assess and answer your enquiry, prepare an offer and, if you decide to proceed, take steps prior to entering into a contract.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to potentially entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) when you contact us on your own behalf, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and ensuring website and communication security (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) when you contact us as a company representative. Ticking the box in the form confirms that you have read this information.
We do not use the data for newsletters or make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
Data recipients
Website hosting and IT maintenance providers may process the data to the extent necessary for the secure operation of the website. We do not sell data or share them for unrelated advertising.
The website code does not use external analytics or advertising services and does not itself send form data outside the European Economic Area. If the selected hosting or IT provider processes data outside the EEA, the safeguards required by the GDPR must be put in place before such a transfer, and this notice must be updated.
Data retention
We retain enquiries in the contacts table for no longer than 24 months from receipt, unless a shorter period is sufficient for the purpose. Once this period expires, they are deleted by an automated scheduled task. If cooperation begins, data required for the contract, accounting or compliance with legal obligations may be transferred to the company’s relevant systems and retained there for the applicable periods.
The website uses a necessary technical session cookie to protect the form against forgery. It is not used for advertising and expires at the end of the browser session.
The hosting server’s security logs may record the IP address, request time, requested URL and technical browser information. The selected hosting provider determines the specific retention period for these logs; before the website is published, this must be checked against the provider’s contract and internal procedures.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, object to processing and, where applicable, exercise your right to data portability.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may also contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania.
